This is a great spot to take a date.  If you can't get a date then it's an even better spot to come and cry about it.

ZHONGSHAN DISTRICT —This spot is located right under a tunnel that connects NeiHu and Shilin.  The old mountain road is quite narrow but still safe and fun by scooter.  I don't recommend driving a car or walking up here.

You should definitely stop by Taipei Koxinga Temple either before or after visiting here.
