This building gives a good vantage point of Taipei's most densely populated area.
YONGHE DISTRICT —I like this rooftop because the vantage point is really coo. There's a lot of buildings but they don't block the mountain backdrop. But accessing this rooftop will be quite difficult if you don't know anybody in the building.
